10 uses for a pool noodle - other than as a pool toy

Summer is over but you don’t need to stop using pool noodles, there are many uses for them outside of the pool. They are very useful things!

Here are 10 ways to make use of the pool noodle:

1. Sprinkler – Make a fun sprinkler for the kids.

2. Trampoline spring protection – Protect the kids by covering the springs. Looks so colourful too!

3. Blocks – Make some quiet blocks for the kids to play with.

7. Boot fillers – Keep your boots in great condition.

8. Save the car doors – No more hitting the car door in the garage.

My grandkids make caterpillars and place them in their bedroom on the bed poles of their bunk beds and they place them on the letter box pole to surprise the postman.

great tips and ideas for pool noodle I am older mum and still using mine for excercise in and out of water, brilliant invention and as you have shown so many other uses for them. liked the idea for basket ball hoop,for indoor play in winter when raining outside. Surprising what other things can be made from origanal purpose. Me acting fool with ribons hung at friends house in drafty area

I love the idea of using a cut noodle to keep boots in shape. I am rebellious – I use a noodle in the pool as a playing and floating device!

Such great ideas!
We have done the trampoline springs & it does look great & is so much safer.
Also quite inexpensive to do!
Will definitely be trying the other ideas!

These are brilliant. Fantastic. Awesome. My absolute favourite is the boots. I’m definitely going out to buy some pool noodles just for this.
