Brushed my teeth with the Spinbrush powered toothbrush for the first time today and my teeth felt cleaner.

Just received the SpinBrush in the mail today. First impression: It looks great; I like the metallic green and silver colours, and I like that the toothbrush has a big head with lots of bristles. I normally use a manual toothbrush with really hard bristles, so I’m hoping that when I try this electic model that it stands up to my scrubbing! I know that my 23 month old son, when he sees the new toothbrush on the bathroom sink, is going to want to use it too.

I have never used a battery operated toothbrush before and I was eager to try it.
The toothbrush is easy to hold and I like the colours.
I brushed my teeth this morning and it just vibrated in my mouth, it felt like my teeth were being cleaned really well.
Afterwards my teeth felt really clean, more cleaner than a manual toothbrush. I love it and will definately use it now instead of a manual toothbrush!

I used the spinbrush for the first time and it felt a little violent. I suppose I’ll get used to it. I have tried another electric toothbrush before, but it had a very small spinning head. The spinbrush is much more like a regular sized toothbrush head, so I feel it would give a better clean, but the crazy vibrating was a bit of a shock at first.

The brush head cap is a great idea. That’s one of the main reasons I stopped using the other electric brush… my son kept knocking it over onto the floor and the brush was not hygenic anymore.

Received my toothbrush in the mail and both myself and my kids are eager to try it…..they were quite intrigued by the spinning head.
Love how compact it is and doesn’t need a recharger. will be interesting to see how long the batteries last.
Teeth feel soooooooo much cleaner then a manual brush and i only had to clean them once.
Feel like i’ve just walked out of a dentist without the high price of a professional clean

I have just received my Spinbrush powered toothbrush and just tested it out. My teeth definitely felt cleaner than when i use my manual toothbrush. The shape of the brush fits nicely in my hand and is very comfortable to use. This is the first time i have used a powered toothbrush so i just have to remember not to press as hard as you don’t need to! It’s not as loud as i was expecting either.

I got my SpinBrush in the mail yesterday, first thoughts wow its got nice contrasting colours. Then it caught the eye of my 3 year old all she wanted to do was play with it.
I gave it a go this morning and WOW I feel like I have just got my teeth clean from the dentist. Even my gums feel clean and a little massaged by the vibration. I am very impressed with the SpinBrush, will give it a few more goes but if my mouth still feels this good SOOOOO going to buy one for my man.

as soon as my partner saw the spin brush Pro clean toothbrush sitting on the bench after i opened the mail there was a ‘ verbal tug of war’ as to who got to use it. I won of course – much to the dismay of my partner! I have used a couple of electric toothbrushes but after two nights of use, the spinbrush comes out on top so far! The bristles have two seperate sections which each have a different movement patern top spins around and the bottom half in a horizontal movement. I found it easier to reach and clean the very back teeth and the backs of my teeth. Only downfall so far is the noise, it actually woke my partner up when i was brushing my teeth in the ensuite. And if someone is talking to me while im brushing i have to turn the toothbrush off to hear them.

I have been using another brand of powered toothbrush to date. The Spinbrush was much better. It made me realise that the other brush was essentially just viabrating and not really contributing much to the clean. Because the Spinbrush actually rotates it does seem to give a better clean.

I have used it a couple of times now and did feel that the clean was heaps better at the back of the mouth but perhaps not as good at the front. I think this may be becouse Im not applying the same pressure as I did with my old style brush. As I get used to using it it will be interesting to see if this remains the case.

I just received the Spinbrush toothbrush. My husband tried to sneak off with it but I caught him. hahaha.
My teeth feel so clean!! I have never needed to have a dentists clean, but I imagine this is what it feels like. Cleaner than ever before! It’s a little more noisy than I remember my old powered toothbrush being, but hey, it got them REALLY clean, so I don’t care. :)
I am wondering if my children will enjoy using it too or whether they will run for the hills when they hear it and feel the vibrations in their mouths…

was very impressed with the spin brush. My teeth felt really clean, especially at the back.
    It’s a bit noisier than others I’ve seen/used but doesn’t bother me.
I imagine it could be a bit rough on sore gums or sensitive teeth & I’m not sure I’d let my younger child use it in his little mouth but I reaaly liked it.

Recieved the spinbrush powered toothbrush yesterday and used it pretty much straight away. Found it to be quite noisey, and a bit bulky to handle. My teeth did feel cleaner, almost like after going to the dentist type of clean. So that kind of brush out weighs the noise and hadling.. ;)

Received my toothbrush! I absolutely LOVE it. i tried it out for the first time yesterday night, and Me and my sister compared brushes. My sister used a regular non-electric brush, and I used the SpinBrush Proclean (lucky me!) and of course, Spinbrush came out on top for healthier, whiter looking teeth. I immediately put away my old boring toothbrush, and made way for my new electric in-home dentist.

I’ve never used an electric toothbrush before, so this was a whole new experience for me. The toothbrush sent was a medium bristle, when I usually use soft (on the advice of my dentist), but I still had to give it a go.

Getting the toothbrush out of the packing was a bit of a challenge – the tear-off section didn’t seem to be quite the right shape to get the toothbrush out. The challenge was greater as I was trying not to wake up my sleeping toddler and baby.

I opened my mouth with some trepidation the first time I used it. It was a strange sensation, and for some reason, my tongue wouldn’t stay away from the brush, and got a bizarre massage. It also felt like I was dribblier using this toothbrush and having to spit more frequently – can’t explain that.

Overall, my teeth came out nice and clean and bright, and felt cleaner for longer. I felt like I had to make a bit more effort to get in-between my wonky teeth, but got a better clean when I did.

My only concern is how readily available the replacement heads are as I haven’t heard of this brand. I’ll be looking out for them in my local shops this week.

I like the design and my husband also commented on this toothbrush.
My only negative would be that it seems a bit noisy, but that might just be because I am used to a manual toothbrush.

I’ve had the Spinbrush for a couple od days now and am loving it!! I normally use a manula toothbrush, so I wasn’t sure how I would feel using an electric toothbrush. My teeth feel really clean after using it. The only thing that I have found that I don’t like is that the head seems a little bit wide, so there are some places that are a little awkward to brush. I will definitely carry on using it though! I will be interested to see how long the battery lasts.

Received the SpinBrush in the mail on Friday and started using it over the weekend. My teeth felt lovely and clean – a great improvement on the manual brush I have been using! The SpinBrush was quite noisy, which I was not expecting, but that is an insignificant concern if the result is a better clean. I have used a few electric toothbrushes before, but always return to the manual toothbrush when it comes time to replace the head. Often the heads become really expensive to replace or are no longer stocked when a new model comes on the market. Will definitely keep using this model until the head needs replacing … I love that clean teeth feeling!!!

I have been using the tooth brush for nearly a week. At fist it felt strange to use as I hadn’t used an electic brush for many years and I found it to vibrate my mouth too much. After more regular use I don’t find the vibrating a problem anymore. Easy to hold and gives a good clean. Gentle on my gums which is a bonus as my gums have been very sensative even with a soft manual brush (being pregnant makes my gums more sensative than normal).
The only negative I find is the brush is a bit noisier than I expected.

the more I use it the more I’m enjoying it. My teeth feel clean. I was concerned as my gums have receded due to some forceful brushing in my younger years; I worried that the motion might be too severe & hurt them more. nope. My big teeth are clean and white & my gums are pink & happy :-)

The first time I used this I found it really loud and noisy in my head and it was really hard for me to use. So every day since I’ve tried it again and Imus say I really enjoy it. It is kinda heavy but it also does had batteries in it so it really can’t be too light.
The clean I get is a complete clean and I know that I’ve covered every tooth as best as I can. I like that my guns are getting a gentle massage as I brush.

Loving the Spinbrush clean feeling! I agree with other posters that it is quite noisy. I didn’t use the electric brush the other night due to the noise, reverting to my old manual brush, and I really noticed a difference in cleanliness. My teeth no longer feel clean when I use my manual toothbrush, and holding the skinny toothbrush arm wasn’t comfortable. I like the thick handle on the Spinbrush.

I have been using the SpinBrush for almost a week now. My mouth feels amazing after each use, like I have had a professional clean at the dentist.
It also feels like I am giving my gums a better clean than I could with a regular toothbrush. One negative so far is that the bulky head does make it a bit difficult to reach the back of my mouth and gums, but I will persevere.
The vibrating did give me a headache the first few days but I am slowly getting used to the intense vibration that pulses through my head!

I’ve been using the Spinbrush for just under a week now. Contrary to the others posting reviews, I must say I’m not impressed. I’ve never been a big fan of electric toothbrushes but this one does seem a little worse than the others. It is very noisy, bulky and does not feel like my teeth are getting a good clean. I don’t like the feeling of something vibrating in my mouth. It also doesn’t spin as fast or quietly as some others I’ve had. I would much prefer my good old fashioned tooth brush. In saying that, I’ll keep using it and see if it warms on me. Sorry to be a downer!

I have been using the Spinbrush for a couple of days now and have mixed feelings about it.

The vibrating took a little getting used to but in the end I got over it. I liked the fact that it was extremely gentle on my gums whilst still giving me a good clean. I had extremely gag reflex when I had to brush my tongue (something I don’t have a problem with with the manual toothbrushes)
I agree with the other comments that it is very loud and the bulky handle makes it feel awkward. Also you are unable to use it in the shower which is sometimes inconvenient.

Overall: I feel that the Spinbrush was gentle yet powerful enough to clean my teeth well. I feel that if my preteen & teen used it they may actually get the job done properly.

I have been using the Spinbrush toothbrush for about a week now and have to say my teeth feel so much cleaner. I usually use a manual toothbrush but my teeth feel so much smoother using the Spinbrush. The noise doesn’t bother me but I sometimes find that my teeth are a little bit sensitive for the Spinbrush. I’m sure that will pass as I get used to it though. My only complaint about this particular toothbrush is that it leaves a dirty mark on my basin every time I stand it up (no matter how much I wipe it after use). My husband currently uses another type of electric toothbrush and we don’t have the dirty mark problem with his as the heads sit in a container. I do feel that the Spinbrush would be an excellent toothbrush to take when you travel though.

Received my Spinbrush last Friday and started using it that night. I found it to be quite noisy, much noisier than my current electric toothbrush. It does clean my teeth really well and I don’t feel like I have to use it twice to get a “dentist clean” feeling.

I think the handle is to hard to hold on to, especially when it gets slippery with water and toothpaste. It needs some rubber grip on it.

Initially I found the head to be quite large in my mouth, I’m used to using a smaller head. I have gotten used to that though.

The noise gets to me though, I don’t enjoy using it based on that factor alone. Occassionally I have gone back to using my own toothbrush because I enjoy using that a lot more.

One other factor that puts me off using the Spinbrush is that the head is not that easily interchangeable. My husband and I share an electric toothbrush and the heads for that are really easy to pop on and off. The Spinbrush requires a little extra work to do this.

My thoughts at this stage are that I’ll continue using it for the trial but most likely will keep it as a travel brush, for when I go away. I’m not sure I will replace the head when it wears out though.

To be honest, I don’t understand the point of the brush behind the round one. I don’t feel that my teeth are any cleaner and have found some areas in my mouth are harder to get to purely because of the size of the brush.
I would’nt buy this product, would rather stick with my electric one.

Have worked out that you can press firmly with the brush which improved the clean at the front. Definately a superior clean to a standard brush.

I have also been using my Spin Brush for just over a week now. While it is okay, I don’t think I would rush out and busy one for other members of my family. Like other reviews, I also find the head far too big, as I am used to using a smaller sized toothbrush head.

It is definitely too noisy also. My sons room is right next to the bathroom, so when I brush my teeth before bed at night, I have to shut the door so he doesn’t wake up with the noise.

I do feel that it has given me a good clean, but only a small amount more than my standard manual toothbrush.

Still quite impressed with the clean of the spinbrush. I have had a few occasions now where it’s been knocked over though. We have found this with several other electric toothbrushes as well…. they need some sort of base plate/wider base as they are quite easily knocked over by kids or if the window is open in our bathroom with the recent windy weather in Sydney.

Very pleased with the little brush cap though- this is one thing that has been missing from all other electric brushes we’ve tried, and is perfect when it gets knocked over to protect the brush head.

I’ve been using the SpinBrush for over a week now, and still love how clean and fresh my teeth feel afterwards! I still find it quite noisy though. I love the brush cap too – it gives me a little more confidence that the toothbrush is protected, as it is stored in our ensuite.

using just over a week now and loving my new toothbrush, i was sick over the weekend and the spinbrush was a godsend, cleaning my horrible teeth and mouth, it reaches all the ‘hard to reach’ spots and cleans to perfection, i can actually feel my teeth getting ‘hairy’ during the day as i am getting use to the soft feel after brushing. Only down fall is still the noise, a bit loud and the vibration didnt help my tummy while feeling sick! otherwise i love it!

I have been using the brush for just over a week now. Lately I have found myself going back to my manual brush every couple of days due to the noise level of the brush especially when its late at night. Liking the fact that it still gives a better clean of my teeth. I like that it has the plastic head cover.

It is a little noisy to use, but then all electric toothbrushes are noisy to some degree.

The clean I get with this toothbrush is amazing. I don’t think my teeth have ever felt so clean. I like rolling my tongue along my teeth to feel how clean and smooth they feel. It’s an amazing toothbrush that does an amazing job.

Have been using the Spinbrush for about a week now. Still find it very noisy. Not sure if electric model are normally this noisy. My teeth have definately felt cleaner and not so “furry” at the end of the day but I am still put off with the noise level. Even my kids, who were all fighting over who would get it when it arrived in the mail, have all said “No thanks Mum you can keep it. It is too noisy.”

I have been using this toothbrush now for 2 weeks. I previosly used a manual toothbrush and my teeth seem to be much cleaner now. I think that as it is battery powered it actually cleans much firmer than my old toothbrush. It is a little noisy though, maybe that is just how all electric toothbrushes are though. It isn’t too heavy like I thought it would be and the handle is very comfortable. My 3 year old is also fascinated by it and I think I will end up having to buy him one as his teeth seem to get cleaned better when he is using that compared to his other toothbrush.

I have been using the Spinbrush for a couple of weeks and find it to be adequate compared to my usual electric toothbrush. The brush head is a little large and is more difficult to direct to the “hard to get” places.

The toothbrush is quite noisy and has an irritating pitch, I doubt I would purchase this brush on that basis.

I noticed that other people mention a brush head cap, this toothbrush didn’t have one, packaging error? That is a useful accessory, particularly as I travel a lot!

Still using the spinbrush after taking it away with us over Christmas. It travelled fine and the protective cap stayed on during 2x 12hour drives. That was one lovely feature- knowing the brush head was staying clean and hygenic while it was packed in with all the other family toiletries.

The clean of the spinbrush is still a wonderful feeling also.

Im still using the Spinbrush but have occasionally gone back to using my regular electric one which is much quieter or my manual one when my daughter is asleep – I don’t want to wake her. I think its a good electric toothbrush to take with you when travelling because you dont have the big charger to bring with you (like I have with my other one).

I love using electric toothbrushes over manual ones as they are so much easier and clean alot better. But whenever we travel (like now) I resort to using my manual one to save on space. So in that respect the Spinbrush is handy.

I think the head is too big, but no doubt when I go back to using my regular electric one I’ll think that the head on that is too small!
