The unique Unbelievabowl has been designed to stick your baby’s highchair or your tabletop with ultimate, super suction power. Simple and easy to attach, once securely locked in position, it will be difficult for your baby to spill or remove the bowl, making meal times less stressful and less messy! Designed for ultimate convenience, bowls are interchangeable and are BPA Free. Truly Unbelievable!
Notes for using the Unbelievabowl:
USE THE SUCTION PAD ON SMOOTH, FLAT SURFACES ONLY. NOT SUITABLE FOR POROUS SURFACES.
To test the suction pad of the Unbelievabowl, secure it to a mirror. If the suction base adheres to the mirror, then the Unbelievabowl should attach securely to a smooth flat surface, such as your baby’s highchair. Please note that the Unbelievabowl is not suitable for porous surfaces such as wood, leather and some stone surfaces.

Love it and am off to buy the spare bowl that you can get to go with it. Can’t tell you how cool these bowls are !

I read all the instructions and tried it out. First day was great, little Miss tried and tried to get it off without success. As she has been able to get other brand ones off which is very annoying and messy.
Day two, little Miss managed to get it off, we are yet to try again but what I noticed was that she twisted it and it eventually twisted off. I am sceptical that I may not have secured it good enough (or the high chair try had some residue or crumbs), so I will update next week.
I like that it is microwave friendly, I have another stick down plate that says do not use microwave and therefore heating and transfering is painful.

The suction works very well – albeit a little too well. Sometimes I have struggled to unattach the bowl from the base and I have had to get assistance to remove it from our highchair tray. I also find the bowl (when attached to the base) sits rather high in front of my one year old and he is struggling to see the contents of the very deep bowl. It is for these two reasons that I have marked the product down on the design.
I look forward to continuing to use this over the coming weeks.

We have had issues with it not sticking to the table and not being able to remove the bowl from the base easily.
Maybe with some more practice it will work better although with the heavier base it stays put on the table much better than other bowls.
I will review again next week after some more practice and use.
My daughter loves this bowl more than all her others now though.

I do like the design, range of colours, BPA free but prefer the bowl to be hollow and not raised in the middle. I found my son to feed easily from it but the setting up was a hassle. The bowl was able to stick to anything, even my sink!!! Also I have seen sets of bowls (variety of sizes) in another brand for the same price (on special) so a bit expensive for my liking. One bowl is never enough!!!

Decided to go around the house and test on numerous surfaces as I don’t actually have a high chair anymore and it stuck to all flat surfaces. My daughter who is 2.5 years old thought it was great and started sticking the bowl to our fridge door, top of the coffee table – anything she could find and then got frustrated that once it was on it just wouldn’t budge
We have yet to use it at dinner time but I am sure it will be great and considering my daughter is still somewhat accident prone, I think we will find it makes dinner time a lot less messy

It’s a great idea, however I would prefer that the bowl was a little deeper (it can be a bit tricky to mix cereals yoghurt and fruits together for brekky) and a lid to store leftovers in the fridge would have been ideal.
My daughter loves the bright colours and it’s great to pop some fruit in and let her feed herself – she can reach in easily. Once you have used the mechanism a few times it’s easy but it’s best not to do it in front of clever and inquisitive little monkeys who spend their mealtime trying to undo the bowl just like mummy did!!

First time getting the suction off the high chair tray I couldn’t do it, second time I could.
One thing I thought may be changed is the suction colour? Does it have to be white? My sons’s lunch had tomato in it and it stains white. I have already told my Mum how good it is. Will tell the playgroup Mum’s this afternoon.

We have a glass dining table and it sticks very well to it, I think I could lift the whole table by the bowl without it unsticking. Was a little hard to get the suction off when it was released. Think we might have to get 2 spare bowls in a different colour so they have 2 each.
If only this was around when I first started solids with my first child!
Another yay is that its BPA free, great job Heinz.

My little boy managed to twist it off the second time he used it, but he is 17 months old and his favourite thing to do at the moment is to screw lids on and off things. Plus he saw me take it off. He tried and tried to get the suction off and couldn’t.
This would have been fantastic when he was younger. I can not fault the product.
The one thing I will say though is to make sure the surface and the suction are completely dry, it slides around otherwise.
Fantastic that it is BPA free and microwavable. Absolute necessities these days!
I will definitely hang on to this for the next baby and will be buying more.

My toddler usually announces she is finished eating by sending her bowl crashing to the ground (usually just beyond the edge of the splash mat). The first time we used the bowl, she tried to move it, gave up and finished the rest of the food.
Both the bowl and the base are easy to install. It did seem to slide on the wet table the first time I used it. It can be a little hard to remove the suction base, perhaps a pull tag might be useful.
The bowl is a fun colour and perfect size, and I love that it is microwavable, dishwashable & BPA free. The base is easy to clean. We’ve used it for every meal since we got it – I love it!

I’ll admit though, the first thing I asked was “where’s the lid?” For a freezer and microwave proof bowl I assumed there would be a lid. Hubby believes next should be a cup holder with a suction base
He couldn’t budge it either and thinks it’s great. Unless it somehow manages to get dirty, we’ve been leaving the base on the highchair and just attach the bowl as needed, it gives the LO something else to play with while waiting for dinner
I definately like the idea of spare bowls. The price is a little high but I’d pay it for the bowl including the base, and the 2 pack of spare bowls is very reasonably priced.
Easy to wash, nice bright colour, fun to use… will keep you updated.

So glad I got to trial the unbelievabowl – thanks MoM

I seemed to have suction issues at first and spent a lot of time attempting to adhere the bowl to the surface of my daughters tray top on her highchair. After some frustration ( and reading the glowing reviews from other MOM’s), I re-read the small leaflet that accompanied the bowl, onlt to find that I was not lifting the lever to attach! Silly me!
So, my next attempt at use was successful and I am very pleased! My 18 month old daughter is quite adept at throwing her bowl as soon as she has eaten her fill and was quite shocked when she could not remove the bowl and could only throw her spoon! Tantrum ensued, but I was quite delighted at not having to clean the floor after her meal!!
Fantastic product!

However I love the colours the shape and design, and love that you can get spare bowls so you dont have to have alot of bases for each bowl. My daughter can carry it with ease as well compared to her other bowls she struggles with.
Love that it suctions down and doesnt move, would have been great when my daughter first started learning to throw her plates around, although now its great because she can eat spaghetti bolognaise without the bowl moving every where on the table/tray.
Thanks for the opportunity to review. I will definetly be getting a few of these for any future mums to be.

I always give Miss Em fruit for lunch that she can feed herself. The past few days while having her lunch she has been able to get the base of the bowl off her high chair.
Now this doesnt happen at breakfast or at dinner – it is well and truely stuck, so the only thing I can think of is that the juices of the fruit and getting underneath the suction pad and loosening the hold. I sent through a photo of Em proudly holding her bowl in the air – not the best advertisement though
Other than that everything else is going well. I love it – I don’t have to constantly pick it up of the floor – most days – so very happy with the product.

The reason I have rated the design slightly less is because I feel that this bowl should ideally come in a couple of sizes to match the height/age of children. My daughter has to reach out because she is not very tall, so may be a cup/bowl that is more like a plate and of a less height would have been perfect.
But overall.. a great product..

When I remember to properly attach the base to the highchair and put the bowl on top, there is no way of it coming off. I have found instances, like other reviewers, where if the food is particularly wet like fruit, the suction can come loose, but this is not a common event.
Also the base has the habit of coming away from the chair when I attempt to remove the bowl, which then makes it hard to remove the bowl from the base.
I like the handles on the bowl and would use it anyway, without the suction base as it is a lovely bowl to use.
I would definately recommend this product and will be buying some spare bowls.
It would be handy if Heinz created a more open bowl or plate that went on top, as Miss 9 months seems to prefer eating fruit and sandwiches off plates, as opposed fishing them out of bowls.
I also found the instruction sticker hard to remove- there are stickers that peel off easily!

Even as a bowl without the suction cup its great – its strong, good quality and it kind of has a raise in the middle so everything ends up being easier to scoop out of the bowl without having to tilt the bowl.
The only down side is that it doesn’t have a lid – I find lidded bowls easier for when you need to leave the house – rather than taking separate containers and bowls.

The best thing is that it seems the new bowl has broken her habit of throwing bowls – for the last week, she hasn’t tried throwing even the ordinary bowls.
A couple of things to note:
–> the white suction pad became stained with watermelon, although the stain is fading again slowly.
–> My girl managed to pull the suction base off twice today. The highchair tray was dry so not sure if it’s just tonight…? She hasn’t worked out how to detach the bowl from the base yet.
–> I went shopping looking for spare bowls but my local Big W doesn’t carry them, just the bowl/suction pack.
All that said, this is still very much my favourite bowl.

A good point – the bowl is dishwasher safe (though I couldn’t find it to indicate this on the packaging) which is very important in this house!
I have put the bowl in the cupboard and will bring it out again for dry snacks, but not one I would recommend for wet foods.

This bowl would be best marketed towards children who are learning to feed themselves, to eliminate accidents, rather than younger babies who love to cause accidents!

The only thing is I would like to see deeper or bigger bowls. My one year old eats his cereal using the bowl and I could use a little bigger bowl so the cereal and milk isnt so close to the top.
I also did notice they are fine for the freezer and I would like to see airtight lids with them for that purpose. Even just for taking your childs food to Nana and Pas for dinner a lid would come in handy.
Overall they really are awesome. I have tried several different “suction” bowls with my boys and they have never stayed put for the entire meal.

Also he gets a bit frustrated because of the depth of the bowl (part of the reason he seems to remove the bowl is to see inside it). Maybe a flatter bowl shape would be good. Also it would be great to have an interchangeable range with a divided plate, a bowl and a snack cup.
