About Chilli Hilli: Years ago, the mum behind Chillihilli bubby coolers found all the standard bottle coolers too bulky to fit into her nappy bag. Wanting a really simple solution, she put her children’s bottles into her husband’s stubby coolers. The concept worked perfectly but she wanted a cuter option, so set about creating ChilliHilli bubby coolers.
They will keep liquids cool or warm for up to 2 hours and the soft neoprene fabric absorbs any condensation (keeping your nappy bag dry). Best of all, they make bottles easier for little hands to hold!
How To Review: You must register with Mouths of Mums here and fill in all your details for a chance to review.
If you’re already a MoM member, make sure you have filled in all your details in your MoM Profile – that way you’ll receive an invitation to your email this week.
Where To Buy: Check out the entire Chilli Hilli bubby coolers feeding accessories range at www.chillihilli.com.au.
RRP: $11.95 each.

The designs are very innovative and cute. I like that there are two styles, as only one works with my bottles. We can’t wait to try it out later today for milkie time
I think it was a great idea to include an extra one to give to a friend. Well don MoMs!

I warmed my little mans bottle and had it waiting on his bedside a bit earlier than normal, and was amazed when it was still warm and ready at bedtime a half an hour later.. It’s a top idea, that I wish i had 6 years ago. it makes our night routine run alot smoother. And I’m sure all mums would agree that “every little bit helps!!”

As soon as I looked at them however I discovered that neither size would fit an Avent 125ml bottle which was disappointing as we still use these for some of our feeds. The 260ml Avent bottles however fit perfectly and I was able to put the removable handles on the bottle and still use the Bubby Coolers without any problems.
I have 6 month old twins and find that I can make up their solids and bottles, pop the bottles in the Bubby Coolers, feed them both their solids and the milk is still warm enough to give them without need to reheat. ‘Feeding time at the zoo’ is enough of an exercise in our household so this means that i can just sit down with them and feed them both without having to get up and down to reheat things.
We have a few playdates this week so I will check back in and let you all know how we get on then.
Oh, and hubby thinks ‘Baby’s first stubby holders’ are great too!

Well open the box up a couple of days ago and by chance my son was due for his bottle i was hoping you where going to send me a wide cooler for me and u did as these are the bottles we use. and it fitted perfectly i only buy the really cheap bottles they are $3. I heated his bottle up and my son looked at it and his eyes lit up and his mouth open really big and he thought awesome something new to eat.
Thank you for lettin me trial the bottles i am really happy with it as so is Irael. We look for to puttin it to the test at church as we are there for a few hour and hope it will keep cold and i did use it on our avro walks and heated it up before we left and it stayed warm when we feed him at the park. I enjoy the convenance of the holder as i just pop it on and we leave and i don’t have to worry about keepin his bottles warm i also like the fact it’s small I can just store them in a snap lock bag and keep them all together they don’t take much space up in the cupboards like the other warmers do and when they get dirty i can just pop it in the washin machine and i don’t have to worry about the silver lining gettin ripped and it doesn’t take any space and it can be washed with our delicate stuff and the colour a really nice to look at thank you for lettin me review this i really love it and so does my son

The material allows bub to hold/ get a better grip on her bottle so she can hold it herself.
Love the fact that they also come in a wider fit as we use the TT Back to Nature bottles and we’ve just ordered one in the funky cow print

They work well in a number of situations – it absorbs the condensation that sometimes forms on the outside of a bottle, thus preventing the bottle from slipping out of toddler’s hands when going for a drink, as well as saving the contents of your handbag!
They also do a good job at keeping the drink cool (or warm)
essentially they are just a stubby holder aimed at the toddler market, but as other reviewers have said, these are much more appropriate than some of the stubby holders I’ve seen floating around. Plus they’re designed for baby bottles, so you get a better fit.
If I was to have one criticism of this product (and this would only be a minor one) it would be that the glue on the base of the cooler is a bit messy – nothing a bit of quality control can’t fix though.

Confused about why the name chilli hilli- understand the chilli/cold part but does anyone know why the hilli part? Their website didnt really help?!
If the coolers are aimming to go mainstream , need to think about name labelling- perhaps a line and space on the base? would this hold a marker? Maybe a space under the instruction tag? or possibly some could be made with individual names on them at a higher price eg. if your son is called Jack, Jack is actually printed on them when made??? What do others think?

The patterns on these are very cute and my daughter likes to just have a bit of a nibble on the holder alone. They are well made.
I would use these if I got them for a gift, they are a good gift idea for those that have everything. However, I don’t think I would buy them for myself over the NT bubby stubby. However, not everyone can access these, so I think they are a good runner up.

First impressions are great. I love the packaging as it’s very simple but very colourful. The 3 different designs that I received are all so cute and I’m glad you just sent them without me having to decide which one I would buy as I love them all!
When I pulled the Bubby cooler out of the box the Bubby cooler has quite a strong smell (I can’t quite think what it smells like but I’m sure it’s just from the materials it’s made of).
I love that you can just put it in the washing machine as that makes it more enticing to use as I’m sure my kids will get grubby hands and milk all over it.
My 2.5 yo son is so excited with his new Bubby cooler as it fits his milk cup perfectly so will save his hands getting cold.
My 1 yo daughter thinks it’s a great new toy to play with!
We are about to go to the shops and to try them out for the first time and I’m excited that I don’t have to pack an ice brick and get all the other food items wet.
Very impressed and can’t wait to share one with my girlfriend as I know she will love it too and will wish she came up with this brillant idea.
Will let you know how we go and post some pics too.
Thanks for choosing me to review.

Love the fact that littlest one took a nap half way through her bottle today for 15mins, normally I would have to reheat bottle, but because I had it in the chilli hilli bottle cooler it was still the same temp as when she first started it.

I have even put it in the washing machine to see how it held up, its still in one piece.
I don’t know if I am not warming my milk long enough, but it seems to only keep warm for up to 40 minuntes. At this stage I would not pay $11.95 for it, more than likely half that price.
What I am interested in knowing as I couldn’t find it on the website is, what is the estimated lifespan of the item?
Also, have you though about a size for the 100ml bottles, the wide and the skinny is still to big for the smaller bottles.

Pro – The bottle holder is a perfect size for the Avent 260ml bottles.
Con – I wish there was a clear strip down one side to keep an eye on the amount left in the bottle.

I’m enjoying that i can keep my sons drink in the side pocket of my nappy bag without it getting my bag all wet. It also pads it out more too so that if my bag tips up, it doesn’t just slide out of the pocket!
My son is getting used to having it on his cup now so doesn’t try to pull it off & on anymore which is quite handy.
These would be a great baby shower gift as a “stocking filler” kind of idea…
At the start, I was pretty so-so about the cooler, but I’m starting to really like having it now! I’m still not sure if I would go out & buy one, but i’m being swayed!

I just love this product! Wish I’d found it sooner. Both my girls like their milk cold from the fridge so in winter their little hands get really cold holding their bottles/cups. This product solves that problem and also keeps it cooler for long in case they put it down & save it for later. Will definitely buy for my soon-to-be-Mum friends. Thank you!

We did nearly loose a bottle out the side of the pram the other day however which got me thinking: If there was a loop on the inside of the bubby cooler, perhaps where the ‘made in’ label is, this would allow me to put a link chain through it and attach it to the trolley or pram, meaning we would never loose a bottle again. I do this with great success with any toys we take shopping with us and it would be great to be able to do the same with the bottles. I’m going to try to attach a piece of ribbon myself and see how it goes.
Also another success, we managed to keep a case of gastro to one twin by identifying their bottle and stopping the bottle swap they seem to love doing halfway through a feed.

The only thing that I may suggest is to make the colouring of them a little darker, as they do get grubby very quickly. although they are light, bright and fresh looking when new, they do seems to get little finger marks and milk stains on them quite easily.

Still of the opinion that the price is too high. Also finding that the product is starting to stretch at the top, especially around the seam.
See my little one enjoying her use of it and looking very cheeky!

I have been loving this product and so has my Daughter Paige. When she first saw the cooler she pointed at it and said “pretty” so the design is a big hit with her. She usually has a cold bottle of milk which gives her cold hands so this has been great during winter. I have also been making some hot chocolates for the kids and I have been putting my daughters in her bottle so we can use the cooler to keep her hot chocolate staying hotter for longer. We all think this product is great especially my friends!
