I put in my request and that day I got an email saying a babysitter had accepted the job, and I got to read through her background, what she was studying, what qualifications she had, where she had worked before etc etc. She called a couple of times to introduce herself (I kept missing her calls though) So I sent her a message saying we were looking forward to meeting her.
She sent me a message the morning she was coming to say she was running 5 mins late due to all of the traffic around our suburb which was understandable. And as soon as she came in our door she was right into it, introducing herself to my son, playing with him etc. We sis a quick run thru of my sons routine, and my husband and I went off for out date.
We got home, then house was exactly as we left it, my son was happily having his nap, we got a great report back from our babysitter, he had eaten, had a pooey nappy, played on the trampoline, got down for a nap, his usual cute self.
I would definitely consider using this company, it was so easy to organise, the babysitter was exactly what I asked for, and such a lovely girl! And my husband and I had a great lunch out and a movie just the 2 of us

I was contacted a week before to confirm the booking which was on the following Friday (2pm-5pm)
The lady was 15 minutes early and gave me her qualifications to look over aswell. She was very thorough in asking my daughters routine and what does she like playing with etc. I work from home and would occasionally hear them playing games or reading books in the background which was lovely.
My daughter took to her sitter very well, I was actually very surprised from past behaviour, she is usually very clingy and cries when I’m not in her sight which as you could imagine is very frustrating. For the 3 hours my adughter was thoroughly entertained and didn’t once wonder where I was. It gives me lots of encouragement to do the same next time I need the a break to concentrate on working or even a meal away from home with hubby (one day).
Definately had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends (which I already have).

As a first time Mum (and to be honest, probably incredibly overprotective of my daughter Bronte) … l called you to assist me when there was no one else to help babysit. I was absoultely delighted with the care, attention and respect you showed my family. (It was also very re-assuring your nannies are qualified and police checked too – wonderful piece of mind.) You have established my confidence using a babysitting agency, infact – l would only use you in future!!! I can’t thank you enough, as a member of 2 mother’s groups … we will be spreading the word.
