   The best and cheapest item i ever found was a cheap $2 bottle of conditioner massage into hair them comb thru with plastic nit comb until all lice and eggs are gone it’s gentle on hair and scalp and no chemicals or strong smell and tea tree oil a few drops diluted into a spray mist bottle sparay onto hair every morning nits don’t like tea tree oil as the oil stops them from being able to latch onto hair

Only needs one egg for cycle to start again. This stopped the cycle! quicker than the conditioner comb through as well!

    This product is so easy to use, no harsh smelling chemicals. The whole process was not stressful for me or my daughter like the other times.I would recommend this to everyone!

    This afternoon I steeled myself – the thought of doing nit treatments for my three kids is enough to send me running. They whinge and I shout! So as per usual, I lined up 3 kitchen stools in front of a DVD and prepared to do battle. 10 minutes in on child number one and we’d sprayed, combed and he was sitting there almost unaware he was done. Same for second son and youngest daughter. The product smelt great and certainly nothing like any of the other nit treatments – and what a pleasure not to be having to wade my way through ‘poo brown’ goo (another brand I won’t mention). They all had a shower and as the product did leave their hair a little oily I did a quick second shampoo which was enough to get rid of the oil (hope it’s OK to do that). Normally the kids’ hair smells for a couple of days after a treatment but tonight – no residual smell. Also love how natural it is – the two younger kids suffer from sensitive skin so this was reassuring for me. I’m going to check out where to buy this because I’ve never seen it before – but as soon as I find it, I’ll be stocking up. Am definitely going to tell my school mum friends when school goes back next week. Thanks MoM and Full Marks for choosing me and my kids for this trial.

    I am one of the lucky mums to have been chosen to try this product, and i can not stress how grateful i am to have been given this opportunity. If mouths of mums had not sent me a free sample to try I doubt I would have actually bothered, I have tried and found all the head lice treatments available are completely useless, so much money has been thrown down the drain trying every new lice product to come out, only to find that the lice, although a little wet, are still alive, fit, and healthy. The kids are still itching, and whole fa,ily are walking around with the stench of lice treatments. Full marks, to my amazement, has absolutely no smell what so ever. around 4-5 sprays cover the whole head with ease, and without any mess. The BEST thing is within 10 minutes, THE LICE ARE ACTUALLY DEAD!!! Full Marks is the first treatment I have ever found that actually works exactly the way it says it will. With two primary school aged children I came to live with the fact that head lice were just like the family pets, not any more. I will be telling everyone i know, and don’t know, Stop wasting your time and money. Get Full Marks now it is just so quick, simple and effective. THANK-YOU SO MUCH again Mouths of mums for allowing to try this product without you my children and I would still be arguing for hour on end about have to get their hair done. ; )

    We have battling nits in our household with our girls for far too long and i am at my wit’s end!! So when i have the opportunity to review Full Marks i was very excited! This product to so easy to apply, no smell (which my girls can’t stand) and you only need to leave in the hair for 10 minutes. I wish i knew about this product earlier!

    I have been battling headlice ever since my girls started school, have tried just about every product on the market and am at my wits end!
    This product was easy to use and had no smell, a nice change from the usual pungent ones that my daughters complain about. It went further than I thought it would – about half the bottle was enough for a full application for 2 girls with mid to long hair.
    We waited the full 10 minutes (probably longer) and then started to comb with the enclosed comb. The hair was easy to comb and eggs and lice came out easily. However several of the lice were still wriggling away.
    I so wanted this product to be the one as it was so nice and easy to use, but it seems that was not the case
    I will try again in a week with the second half of the bottle and if results change will update!

    Was excited to be able to review this product as we have really struggled with head lice last year… I have 2 at school and a 5mth old baby… and I am always checking my older kids… terrified the baby will get them and she is too young for treatment products. We have tried it ALL!!!!!!! I once spent over $50 on a head lice treatment pack… what a complete waste of money!! We have tried olive oil, cheap conditioner, tea tree oil… I even shaved my son’s head!!! Full Marks Solution Spray was easy to apply… it wasn’t offensive like some of the head lice treatments out there that take your breath away! I would like it to perhaps be a bigger bottle… maybe a 300ml spray bottle?? I also prefer the comb to have longer teeth… to munch these little monsters up!!!!! (Hard to get through longer hair). The little monsters were still moving when they were combed out and we left the solution on for over the recommended time… Will treat them again in 7 days. Fingers crossed… Makes me itchy just talking about these little monsters!! Thanks for the opportunity to trial this product! Haven’t seen this product on the shelves… will be keeping an eye open for it now!

    This product is so quick and easy. I had to use it on myself as one of the “lovely” children decided to share. There was no horrible smell like some of these types of products. In
    20 mins, I had sprayed, waited, combed and washed. Usually with long hair it takes considerable time.It was surprising to me to see that the lice were actually dead. Will and have recommended this product and will definitely use again.

    The conditioner just makes the lice and eggs unable to hold onto the hair so you can comb them out easier as they have nothing to hold on to, it doesn’t just kill them then that’s it you have to still go thru strand by strand to get them out with a nit comb….. I do the conditioner trick, then KP oil over night then wash out and use the detangler girls spray in their hair every morning to keep them away! With my son I just shave his head …down to nothing;(

    Firstly, the comb that was supplied was a little bent from the edges and it was so small, my daughter has long and thick hair, so it was not that effective.
    Secondly, the spray makes the application easier, I kept it on her hair for half an hour and then washed off as per instructions , but I could still find live lice on her hair.
    I will try it again after 7 days to see whether it works.

    I followed the instructions and did the entire family – including adults. Thankfully myself, my partner and 2 boys were nit free. My 2 & 1/2 yo year daughter was a different story. She brings nits home from play school. Full Marks worked a treat removing not only adult nits but all the eggs. My daughter didn’t kick and scream because “it hurt”. I intend to do the whole family again to night. Full Marks to Full Marks. Excellent product – that actual works. Thank you.

    I love this stuff… Don’t have to worry about pouring it onto the child’s hair and worrying about it getting in their eyes – just spray on and leave for 10 mins. They even give you a comb which doesn’t tangle their hair… we got rid of all the lice and eggs, then washed off and they haven’t returned yet!!! I am always spending money on head lice treatment and buy lots of different ones – this one is BY FAR the best I have used… LOVE LOVE LOVE it, will buy again!!!

    have used the solution before and ended up with it dripping down my childs face but was very effective so when i had the chance to trial this i jumped at the chance was even better no drips! and still killed the lice

    Easy to use no smell good for both short hair and really long hair. I liked the no smell and ease of use on my 4 yr old who didn’t get upset at all unlike other methods i have tried. I am recomending it to all my friends and will buy it again

    This arrived in the mail 2 days before we took the youngest (2y.o) to the hairdresser who announced (distastfully) we have friends. We applied the spray to both kids and then myself.The spray had no offensive smell and wasnt drippy. The comb is small and comfortable to hold but with my kids it was hard to comb out the lice as the hair and lice slipped thru ended up combing and then using fingernails to get the lice out. The lice arent moving but combing out on the second day i’m finding even more lice (unmoving). really hat this process and even with the dvd the 4 y.o and 2 y.o. winge.
    Liked this product and would buy it from the chemist.

    I was privilidged to e selected to revuew this product… I have three daughters who are now teenagers and we suffered every week with the dreaded Friday ritual of which product/solution and chemicals I was going to subject my girls to… The smell the burning and stinging were unbearable it always ended in tears and tantrums (from me as well as the girls) then comes the combing of those dreaded lice which was worse than treatment itself!!! Now I have a 4 year old daughter and it starts again but with much relief – no odor at all not one smell – I thought no way is this going to work she didn’t complain of any stinging so I thought what a toughy then I thought this has to be too good to be true so out came the comb… It glided thru her hair with ease I was able to egg every little egg I treated 7 days later to. E sure and. Imbed in sections but could not find any lice!!! Thank you MoM’s and a HUGE thank you for finding such a fabulous product

    Loved the fact that it was so easy to use and that the comb got HEAPS of eggs out (yuk, I know). No smell at all. Really pleased at the moment but will be interested to see how we go next week. Fingers crossed!!

    THANKYOU for the opportunity to review this product. FIRSTLY it really does work, i love that it has no smell and the oiliness from the spray made it so much easier to comb my daughters hair without her complaining that it hurts. in just 10 mins the lice are DEAD and not moving around.i was amazed by how easily ALL the eggs were removed with every stroke of comb through the hair. i feel so much more confident for my daughter now that i know her hair is lice free. i will try again this weekend and im hoping i dont find any this time.
    it was easy to wash out with just a couple of times with shampoo to remove the oiliness, but i would highly recommend it to everyone.
    my only suggestion would be to have a trigger spray which will make it easier to spray when your hands are quite oily from it.
    i will definetly buy this in the fututre.
    i look forward to reviewing more products.

    I just had the displeasure of finding the dreaded head lice which meant i could put this product to use, the spray( great idea that i love) is so simple to use quick and easy for me and my children. the spray means no waste, it was mess free and did not drip. Though the feel is quite greasy/oily (much like hair covered in baby oil) and took quite a few washes to get out of the hair it worked really well. The hair was easy to comb though i did not use the comb provided as my daughter has really long super thick hair and the small comb provided was no good for her hair. I did like this product better than quite a few other i have tried having no smell and short leave in time it did’nt bother the kids so was a much better process for me and the best thing being it actually worked in killing the lice and the eggs. I would quite happily recommend this product to friends with full confidence thanks for the opportunity to trial it.

    Never thought I’d be hoping that my daughter came home with nits, so that I could try out the Full Marks spray. I love the fact that this has no scent – usually I end up with a massive headache from the strong odour of nit treatments. The spray is great, and although the solution is oily, that made it much easier to comb through the hair, instead of ending up with painful knots. I will definitely use this again…and again!

    Perfect name for a great product! This product does everything it says it does and more.It works really well and fast,no smell,doesn’t have the nasty chemicals that others do! There was no worry of it running down into my sons eyes,goes on really easy and my son didn’t mind it at all. I also liked the fact it comes with it’s own comb so you are ready to tackle those little nasties. I am really impressed with this product and highly recommend it to all mums and will definitely make sure I always have some in the cupboard on hand ready to use,thank you for letting me try this great product! I will be telling all my friends as well!

    I absolutely loved triailing the Full Marks Spray. I have a sensitive nose and this had no smell so that was it’s greatest asset. It got rid of all signs of nits. My delightful grandchildren shared theirs with me so we did the 3 of us together. Was very easy to spray on and comb through, the comb did an excellent job of getting them out of the hair.
    I would definitely use it again and recommend it to everyone I know.
    Heaps better than anything we have ever used before.

    Would you buy this product?

    This product is brilliant at removing the headlice. The only trouble I had with it was the reaction it caused to my daughter’s hair but she has an exceptionally sensitive scalp. Would I buy this product? probably not for my daughter but i would for my son. It doesn’t smell like some of the more natural ones do. Thanks for the chance to sample this

    My kids got headlice about a week after receiving this product to try. I used the treatment on my 6 year old daughter and 4 year old son. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had no strong smell and was really easy to comb through the hair and the lice I was combing out were well and truly dead. About 5 days after this treatment I found a couple of tiny live headlice in my daughters hair again (at 8am) so quickly retreated both the kids before school. I haven’t found any more in their hair since. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

    Since the only way we find out about nits or lice is the hard way, these days, it is handy to have a quick fix available. Schools can’t tell you if they find any in your child’s hair and they can’t exclude any children that they do find have nits, so they send a lovely little note home saying that they are going around. I have also found that some parents don’t even check their own childrens hair, thinking it couldn’t possibly be mine they are talking about. This attitude is less than realistic or helpful. This product is a quick and painless way to not only help your own children but also to reassure your peers that you are doing your bit to stop this nuisance. When Full Marks says No Odour, they actually mean it. Half the time that is the one thing that kids complain about treatments like Tea Tree Oil, the smell. This gets Top Marks in my book.

    As a Mum to 4 Children, when one of the kids gets nits, it’s wire expensive to treat all of them. Full Marks is great value and one of the easiest treatments I have used and best of all, it actually works!!!!

    I have been trying to get nits under control for over a year, I have used every method know to man so I was a little sceptical when I tried this although I was desperate for it to work. The application was very easy and went a lot further than I expected. The comb included was easy to keep a grip of, even when it was wet and slippery. My daughter said the comb didn’t hurt her head like the plastic ones from the chemist. First application I found it was rather hard to wash all of the residue off the hair (it was very oily) but a couple of shampoos got it out. When I combed the hair after the first application I found the nits were still crawling but after I combed out as many as I could my daughter wasn’t scratching any more. I combed the hair a few times through the week to check the infestation and it was a lot less (4 to 5 nits compared to the usual 20 to 30). After the second treatment a week later they were all gone and no more scratching. This is the first week after the complete 2 week treatment and going on to week two of school, so far so good. I will check again in a week to ensure they are all gone still. My daughter has very, very thick hair and combing with other products took us up to 3 hours to apply, comb and wash out.. This was 30 mins tops including application. Well worth a try esspecially if you are like me and have tired everything but you must do the full two week treatment properly and completely or you would be just wasting your time!!

    My son is 11 and I have had trouble with head lice with him since he was 5. The HUGE range of products we have used in the past seem to have done very little or nothing to treat them. Most of the time his hair would still stink of the chemicals and he would have head lice AGAIN!!!!! I am quite fussy when it comes to head lice and make him sit for hours so that I can be sure absolutely every louse and egg is gone from his head before he can go to bed. We did a pretend run through, he doesnt start school till next week, Full Marks certainly gets full marks from me. NO stinky smell was a bit oily but shampooed twice and left his hair super soft. The comb was better than any I have had previously. My son has very fine hair and combs never seemed to pick up anything so always left me hand picking eggs and lice. This comb picked up a piece of glitter in his hair Am very impressed and will certainly post again should we need to do a real life run through. Will be recommending to the school P & F in the mean time

    I am yet to find a lice treatment I would recommend to others. This worked okay, just like any other treatment I have tried. They all say repeat seven days’ later but in my experience, seven days is too long to wait and you should repeat in two to three days. In case anyone is wondering, yes, I’m doing it properly! My kids are 11 and 13 so there’s been a lot of life treatments in their time. They experienced some relief, but in no way were the lice eradicated, even after several treatments. The biggest downfall in the greasy residue it leaves in the hair, even after washing.

    I love it, no idea how affective it just yet but going to buy more because found massive ones in her fringe and then they all died when i used the spray and did all three of us and then I always follow it up with using conditioner. After reading all the probs with school I think I am going to cut her hair short again so at least then it wont take an extra hour. So dont need to deal with these horrible things after a long day !

    This product is amazing. Once you spray it onto the childs hair, the lice seem to magically appear. They come up to the surface of the head and you actually get to see exactly what amount of lice your child has! It is SO easy to use. You literally spray it onto the head and leave it for 10 mins before running a comb through it and then washing it out.

    The one bottle has lasted us (6 people in the family) for the original treatment plus the follow up and I think there is probably still enough in the bottle to do it all again!!

    I have a few concerns though (although it does a better job than any other lice treament I have tried…. and I have tried them all).

    1. It leaves the childs hair feeling oily. I see this as a bit of a positive though for the girls. I braid their hair and feel they are protected until their next wash

    2. It doesn’t seem to assist much in removing the eggs. From what I can gather it KILLS the eggs but doesnt get them out. GRRR.

    3. Some lice are still alive when I comb them out. I think it just takes a while to kill them… but I am sure it actually suffocates them all eventually.

    The price is amazing ($20 per bottle) and since I am a member at our local chemist I will be getting it for $16. This is a lot better than other treatments and as we will get at least 2 FULL treatment schedules out the bottle it is only about 60c per treatment!! bargain.

    I will be recommending this product to the school Council this year. If you have any further samples I would LOVE to send them to the school for its “problem” children

    I applied for this review for my sister in laws children as she couldnt fully get of their nits ,my children have been lucky so far .We organised a day to do their treatment and they came over .I sprayed all their heads and they didnt even squirm (which they do usually for their mum) the smell was hardly noticable and easy to comb through .We left it on the recommended time and washed out ,i had to second rinse to get the oily parts out off their hair but otherwise easily used. No eggs were left behind and they are currently nit free after 2 weeks ..another treatment in a few weeks will help getting them back ,cost wise i think its much cheaper than any other similar product on the market and their mum seems happy with the general effectiveness compared to others she has purchased !
    Would recommend to other mums or families with a constant lice problem .

    we have had a chronic problem with nits in our house for years, and have tried so many products and combs. So, I was slightly unsure about this product, as all of them have seem not to entirely get rid of the nits. I have always found that a bottle of cheap conditioner to be the most effective, and of course regular treatments.
    I would buy this product entirely for the comb. What a great comb!! It is still a metal comb, but shorter, so not as harsh on the younger children’s hair, which is softer and more sensitive.
    The product – i don’t particularly like the smell, but it was very easy to apply – love the spray bottle.
    However, in the removal of the eggs? No luck. Great for killing live nits, and removing them, but it did not removed those stubborn, stuck on white eggs. And, if you have just one egg left, it lays plenty more nits, and the cycle continues.
    I would use this product maybe as a preventative spray – but it would be better if it smelt nicer, and did not leave the kids hair so oily and greasy, even after one wash it was still quite oily.
    I have only done one treatment each child, so I am going to give it a go again, just to see if it will remove those eggs!

    wish I’d had this product years ago when my children were little. What a drama trying every product and hoping to find one that actually worked.
    What an amazing product this is, so easy to use, and it actually works, without the discusting smell. Best nit comb I’ve ever used, love it, love it, love it. I liked that it didnt dry the hair out but just a little oily, which we can live with. Overall, best nit products I tried for years. Thankyou

    I found this product to be easy to use, fast. the only thing that i didnt like was the comb. I used one of the combs that i all ready had and it got the eggs out. the other thing i found was it tangled the girls long hair. all in all i will keep useing this product.

    Have to say I was really impressed with the odorless product. I have used others and they have been very harsh and smelly on my childrens scalp. They are nit free and enjoying school. My daughter said the comb didn’t hurt her hair as much as the one I have used in the past. Good to know for further treatments.

    Thrilled that for the first time, my daughter did not scream through the process. I have been trying all sorts of treatments for my daughter and the buggars keep coming back. We have combed, mayonnaised, tree treed, blow dried, hair straightened and moused to remove the lice and eggs week after week. I was getting desperate. Leaning over the bath when pregnant to comb through hair was getting too much. My daughter and I were uncomfortable. She was getting more and more distressed with each treatment.
    Full marks treatment made my daughter’s head itch. She is quite sensitive. But not enough to upset her. I love how you don’t have to wash it out before combing. You can comb the hair after 10 minutes. This allowed my daughter to draw whilst I combed. The hair didn’t tangle as it had previously, so no screams. I was able to remove the lice and eggs quickly and effectively in a short period of time. I repeated the treatment after 7 days and found 1 or 2 more eggs. I haven’t seen any since. So yes the title of the product is perfect, as I would give it full marks as well!

    When I received this product, after reading the instructions I found myself wishing someone would come up with a product that didn’t require the always painful combing. I’m happy to say, I was wrong to assume this product was like all the rest, it’s not. I have used this product tonight on my girls and it is very easy to use. All you have to do is spray (no horrible smells), wait 10 minutes then comb the hair with the dreaded lice comb. The dreaded comb is not bad at all with this product, it glides through the hair and therefore takes no time at all! Really like this product and would definately use it again. Thanks.

    It took a couple of weeks after I received this product to try before I had to use it but of course the time came around when my girl started scratching again.
    I was a bit skeptical about it being a spray, I didnt think it would go very far as my daughter has long, VERY thick hair but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to coat her hair. I did think it was very greasy though.
    We both loved that it only had to be on her hair for 10mins but that time went so quickly it was probably on their 15-20 mins by the time we washed it out.
    I didnt have too much trouble washing it out of her hair (I used tea tree shampoo which seems to work better than other “creamier” shampoos)
    However I was quite disappointed when I started using the nit comb and the little buggers were coming out alive. I got a LOT out of her hair though and most of them were dead and she said her hair wasn’t itchy anymore so that was great for her.
    During the next week I ran the comb through her hair and only got a few lice out each time so kind of thought it hadn’t worked very well but decided to wait until I did a 2nd treatment 7 days later before I passed final judgement.

    So a week after the first treatment I did another one, which was just as quick and easy to do. I got quite a few more out with that combing but this time they were all dead! It is now another 9 days later and we are still lice free and very very happy!!!!

    Thank you to Full Marks and MoM for sending this to us to trial, it is the only thing that has worked properly in about 7 months of wasting so much money and time fighting the horrid little creatures! I will definitely be buying it again, as long I I can find it, I have never seen it before and I’ve bought a LOT of head lice treatments!

    I’m a primary school teacher, headlice are an occupational hazard. ATM, myself and 2 of my daughters have headlice, all of us with long, thick hair. Product was easy to use but don’t skimp on the spray. After 10 minutes, I still found live lice after I combed the hair. I nuked them with the spray off the head and they died within seconds. The product is greasy, but that’s not much to worry about compared to the itchiness and awfulness of headlice. Will be re-treating at the end of this week – hope the little critters are GONE for good!

    The lotion actually does go on very well and soaks the hair well too. My daughter has very long hair so I used half the bottle. I normally do anyway whichever product.
    The only negative I would say is combing it through with the detector comb. My daughter complained bitterly that it hurt. I’m not entirely sure it really hurt more that it was really uncomfortable. It was very strange but it sort of hardened on her hair and it made for a strange feeling/noise. It wasn’t that it was tangled or knotted. Bit hard to explain.
    Anyway I will try again within the week and may not leave on quite so long

    I have tried other lice treatments & my gripes are always the same: they need to be left in too long, they stink, they leave my daughter’s scalp with blotches etc etc. “Full Marks” is easy to use & doesn’t have any noticeable scent. However, it is a little oily & messy but I’d prefer that to a chemical stench any day. We waited & repeated after 7 days, using the comb afterwards both times. Couldn’t see any lice the second time at all, so that’s a thumbs up from me! I will be telling my friends about this one.

    I have tried all sorts of treatments. I love the fact that there is not smell and that its only a 10 minute treatment, i have just applied to my 3 childrens hair last night, and checked their hair tonight and all is clear , im so over the things and it makes me mad knowing that they have only just been back at school a few weeks and they have the dreaded things already grrrr thank you mouths of mums for letting me trial this product i will certainly be looking out for it, a big thumbs up here
