Mouths of Mums

WIN 1 of 5 Family Passes to Paddle Pop Adventure Park.

Mouths of Mums is offering you the chance to WIN one of five family passes to the NEW Paddle Pop Adventure Park!

Sydney-area families looking for fitness, fun and excitement during the school holidays are in for the ultimate adventure when the first-ever Paddle Pop Adventure Park roars in to Sydney during the final weekend of January.

Children of all ages will get the chance to join in the fun of the Paddle Pop Adventure Park, held at The Lake, Macquarie University, North Ryde, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th January. The jungle theme park will also play host to the world’s longest Slip’n’Slide, which boasts 188 metres of never before attempted fun.

Wits and reflexes at the ready, families embarking on the quest will take on a range of action-packed activities, from mild to wild, and all suitable for the young to more experienced adventurer. Just like their hero, Paddle Pop Lion, young explorers have the chance to conquer 13 thrilling rides and attractions including a climbing wall, river rapids slide, adventure maze, jumping castle, bungee trampolines and much more!

Other attractions include:

·         The Paddle Pop Adventure Wild Slide – Only the brave will take on the world’s longest Slip’n’Slide. For the younger Adventurers, the scaled-down Paddle Pop River Rapids Slide will be sure to delight.

·         Uncharted Depths – There are plenty of adrenalin-fuelled attractions that are not for the faint hearted! Adventurers will conquer the towering heights of the Jungle Vines climbing wall, race across the treacherous waters of the River Rollers and make their way into the deepest parts of the jungle, navigating through the Adventure Maze.

·         Paddle Pop Begins – Adventurers can watch the Paddle Pop Lion and his friend’s band together to take on the evil Shadowmaster at a special event cinema screening of Paddle Pop BEGINS in the Outdoor Cinema. Adventurers will also be invited to take part in Paddle Pop Lion’s hero training, where even the youngest of kids can join in the fun and learn what it takes to be a hero like Paddle Pop Lion!

·         Jungle Fun – Little adventurers can navigate their own bumper boat around the river, jump with other adventurers on the bouncy castle or reach new heights on the bungee trampolines. They can even get their faces painted to become their favourite jungle animal!

·         Hungry Lion’s Den – All that adventure training and trekking through the jungle can really take it out of even the most energetic adventurer. The Hungry Lion’s Den will feature plenty of delicious food, drink and snack options to keep a roaring appetite at bay. Water bottle re-fill stations will also be available throughout the park.

I think hubby and mr 9 year old will be so excited to brave The Paddle Pop Adventure Wild Slide while myself and mr 6 year old will brave the Paddle Pop River Rapids Slide. I know we’ll end up at The Hungry’s Lion Den and finish off the day at the Outdoor cinema.

This looks like so much fun, I’m excited and I’m not very brave.

The Jungle Fun would be the most exciting experience for my little adventurers who are often found jumping on our trampoline, trying to jump high enough to see the birds in the trees and are always ‘bestigating’ (investigating) a new mystery pretending they’re in the jungle, at the beach or flying through space!

Definitely the slip and slide. The girls went on their first water slide this weekend and they loved loved loved it. We have not yet taken them to Sydney and this would be an awesome reason to go right before school goes back.

Jungle fun is the one to make my girls squeal with delight.
but paddling down a river in their boats might give mummy a fright.
A Day of fun for everyone is what school holidays need to be about.
Please let us win this family pass so I can stop pulling my hair out.

The paddle pop river slide seems like a lot of fun
both my girls enjoy big slides and being in the sun.
A slip, a slop, a slap for sun protection will be done
but then it’s off we go for wild times, here we come.

My little Adventurers would love making their way into the deepest parts of the jungle, and navigating through the Adventure Maze. They would carry out the most imaginative role playing they have ever done. Role playing and fantasy playing is a part of their everyday life so this would give them the opportunity to experience the ideal scenery to actually make their roleplaying spring to life. I can see their lit up faces now with excitement, courage, wonder, amazement and the innocence of a child’s farfetched imaginative play.
