You can make this game as easy or difficult as you need. To make it easier, pop the "fish" into a plastic cup – they tend to stand up a bit more in the cup making it easier for your child to catch.

don’t forget to fold the last 2mm on the ends of the pipe cleaners to keep them super soft.

You could also make it more difficult for older children by putting other bits on top of the fish (eg. strips of paper).

you could also bend an extra little kink in the pipe cleaner to enable the kids to be able to scoop it up better (little ones). you could also attach the pipe cleaner to a stick for added craftyness
