A day trip to seven mile beach,
Is in our budget’s reach.
So much space on the sand,
The kids are in play land!

Scavenger Hunts, they’re so excited to find whats on the lists and then we paint in the backyard with all our goodies found!

We love fossicking for gems at a creek near the kids grandparents shack, the excitement the kids have when they find one is contagious and while they are looking we all have fun playing in the water . we look forward to it every year

Camping! It was a favourite activity of mine as a child and I love that my children have also inherited a love for camping too!! (even with the added tech!)

I love to take the kids to the zoo because I love to see their big smiles when they watch all the animals do what they do.

We love “Mission Impossible”. It involves crossing the backyard without getting wet by Dad’s lawn sprinklers. The kids don’t try very hard. Sometimes I think they’re deliberately trying to get wet.

Setting up an outdoor teepee, complete with twinkling lights so we can watch the sunset and the sparkling stars.

A bush walk that ends in a swim under a waterfall. There is no better way to commune with nature!

I love swimming! A friend’s pool on the weekend or the beach getaway with the family, being near the water makes my family and I really happy and we have hours of fun on end!

Camping, It brings us all together and there is so much fun to be had

The beach cause there are so many different things you can do!

Hanging out at a lovely quiet beach near us watching my son enjoy the water and the sand!

Fishing. Not that it means that is dinner organised for the night as we are all ‘catch and release’ fisherpeople but it’s the thrill of the chase.
