Construction worker Jason Haney who is building a new part of  the Children’s Memorial Hospital in Indiana has created a real life game of Where’s Waldo for the patients.

Jason made a giant 8 foot Waldo and moves it around the construction site and hospital for the kids to find.

Can you spot Waldo?

There is even a FB page dedicated to Waldo filled with pictures of where Waldo has been spotted.

Good on Jason for adding some cheer into the lives of the sick kids at the hospital. I hope that the hospital finds a way to continue the game after the construction is complete.

  • I’m sure a lot of sick children have taken an interest in this unusual entertainment. I hope it is kept inside hospital grounds forever or some children will try to “escape” to go searching. It may help children not to get depressed or lessen the effects of it. Maybe a Hospital volunteer could occasionally dress up as Waldo and visit the wards of children too sick to participate in the fun.

  • oh that is so cool especially for the family to find together – would make it seem like a much less scary space for kids to go to – well done
