Hello and WELCOME to the final challenge – Day 10 of the MoM 10 Day Restore Your Core Challenge.

Our tenth and final challenge is Roll Back and is demonstrated by Pilates instructor and Diastasis Rehab specialist Lana Dawkins. Lana demonstrates Diastasis safe Pilates exercises to Restore Your Core.

Please note, the exercises in the 10 Day Restore Your Core program are core strengthening exercises and are safe to do if you have Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) or as a maintenance program if you have already closed your Diastasis to prevent it separating again. To learn more about a 6-week Diastasis rehabilitation program to heal and close abdominal separation, please visit The Belly Firm.

  • Loving this. After having abdominal separation myself, I am really trying to get fit and healthy but wasn’t sure what were safe exercises so this is perfect.

  • My core was so damaged by c-sections, its been a long road to try and build it back up.

  • This too was an exercise I am already doing – this challenge has been great for me to refine what I’m doing, and add a couple more exercises. Hopefully altogether I will be able to help stabilise my hip and at least make the muscles ready for a hip implant if that will be the final outcome.
Thank you for this Challenge – it has been very timely for me.

  • I would like to report I have successfully completed the 10 day core challenge :) I was a bit sore the first couple of days, but that soon passed. I’ve made these exercises part of my daily routine, slowly increasing the repeats. It’s great
