Seems a simple solution worth a try.

That’s okay if your going to mash your potatoes but not if you making chips. I don’t mind peeling potatoes as I put the peelings into my worm bin which gives me compost so its a win win for me.

This looks easy. I wonder if the different varieties of potatoes will peel differently, some easier than others? Thanks for the hack. Great for potato salad this way I imagine; I may not even over cook it.

I have seen something similar to this but the person used a knife to lightly score the skin around the middle of potato before cooking and then when cooked the two does of skin just slipped off. Always forget to try until after husband has peeled potatoes.
