They recently welcomed a baby boy, but little Saint West could be the last new addition to the Kardashian-West brood.

Doctors have warned Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who are also parents to 2-year-old daughter North, that another pregnancy would seriously risk the reality star’s health.

According to TMZ, doctors have told the stars that they should stop at two children and not risk further pregnancies after Kim suffered from Placenta Accreta, a potentially life threatening condition that sees the placenta abnormally attaching to the uterine wall.

The 35-year-old has been open about her struggle with the condition in the past, and doctors have said it is almost guaranteed to return should the star become pregnant for a third time.

The couple appear to have taken the advice in their stride, telling friends that three children would be “too much”, particularly after Kim’s difficult pregnancies.

  • Very sad if they really want more children, but they are blessed to have 2 and that’s more than lots of people who wish to have just 1.

  • Kim, you are blessed with two lovely bubbas… What a joy, you lucky woman

  • Very wise to take the advice of the doctors. This condition can be fatal. Sometimes it results in an emergency hysterectomy.

  • I had two children a boy and a girl before my son I had a miscarriage then another one before my daughter. After having my daughter I was told I had ovarian cancer and had to have a major hysterectomy so the decision was taken out of my hands to stop or continue.

  • I am pregnant with my second child. My first child is 9 years old. With all the complications of my current pregnancy it would be unlikely that my husband and I have another child, although I will never say never but it would be risky as I have suffered Endometriosis which was removed a few months before I fell pregnant, I now have Pelvic Instability which has left me with hip and back pain and I also have pains in my stomach. Along with Perinatal Depression and other issues.

  • If we all start ignoring the whole reality set, and all the fake reality ‘stars’ then maybe we could concentrate on real people, from Australia, normal real people that we can all believe in and read about without feeling wasted.
Kim who? When will the media and social site learn they are all fakes.

  • I hope that Kim and Ken find peace and happiness in whatever decision they make. For me and my husband it was never a matter of WE deciding how much children we would have, more a matter of how many gifts we receive. We married when I was 38, after 3 miscarriages I had my first child when I was 40 and my second when I was 41. We would have loved more, but emigrations and early menopause played a role in being happy with 2. We now foster 2 more girls (with one of the girls having Down Syndrome), not because we wanted more kids but because we have space in our family, in our home and in our hearts to share.

  • I had severe pre-eclampsia with my first child and was warned that it could happen again with any more children. My second pregnancy was spent in bed and in and out of hospital. The pregnancy not only effected me and the health of my unborn baby, it effected my relationship with my little boy who couldn’t figure out why mum couldn’t get out of bed and play or do anything for him.
I really hopes K K listens to her doctor for the sake of her health and her existing children.
