Ingredients

Serves 2

1 packet SlendierSlim Noodles 1 carrot diced 1/4 cup frozen peas 1/4 cup corn kernels

1 small onion diced 1/4 cup sliced celery 1 clove garlic grated 1/4 finely chopped parsley 1 cup cooked shredded chicken 2 cups Campbell’s no salt chicken stock 1 cup water

1 bay leaf Season with salt and pepper if desired

Method

1. Prepare SlendierSlim Noodle as per instructions on pack and set aside

2. Pour stock and water into large pot. Add bay leaf, garlic and onion

3. Bring pot to the boil. Add celery and carrot, cook until carrot is tender

4. Reduce heat and then add shredded chicken, peas and corn to pot

5. Using kitchen scissors cut SlendierSlim Noodles into 5cm lengths. Add noodles to pot and simmer gently 6. Remove pot from heat; garnish with parsley and serve

  • Never heard of slender slim noodles before, will have to look for them in the supermarket. Sounds like a nice quick version of this soup.


    • We buy these all the time, different taste but a healthy alternative to pasta.
