Michelle Bridges introduces her new baby boy, Axel, for the first time.

In an exclusive interview and photo shoot in the February issue of The Australian Women’s Weekly, Michelle has shared the first pictures of her little man, Axel.

  • Axel is a cutey but then most children that age are. Michelle knows her own body and no ones else should interfere.

  • Beautiful baby (but aren’t all kids cute ?) ! What works for Michelle may not work for other women, be careful with the post-natal exercises girls !

  • Beautiful baby. As for jogging 3 weeks after giving birth – this may work for Michelle but it isn’t the best thing for lots of other Mums.

  • I think Michelle Bridges is such a graceful woman, she conducts herself so well and is capable of so much! I’m so happy for her, she cops a lot of flack at times and always deals with it with class.

  • Lovely cover photo. I don’t have a problem with Michelle’s post-baby exercise routine for her body, however she definitely shouldn’t be advising others. She’s a PT, not a GP or a DR.

  • I have been waiting to see pictures of him… very cute by the looks of it…
I don’t agree with Michelle’s aggressive Perinatal and Postnatal exercise regimes, I personally think they are a bit extreme. However I respect her decision to look after her body the way she chooses to. It is not my style and I do think there are health risks going to hard to soon.
