Hello!

I have a large piece of corned beef I’d like to cook in my slow cooker on the weekend. I have memories of it as being salty and tough as a child, so haven’t cooked it before. Hubby loves it and I think my kids might if I can find a nice recipe that’s not salty and results in melt-in-your-mouth meat. Not asking too much am I? Any recipes/advice would be much appreciated!

  • Cornes beef is salty. Its corned beef. If your looking for non salty then you need to try something else.
    I cook mone in a slow cooker exactly how i cook it on a stove just over 12 hours or more and yes it does melt in your mouth from the slow cooking process
