  • I think it is hard to give people parenting advice because what works for our children may not for someone else’s. If asked for advice then sure, talk about experiences that helped or didn’t help. It can be overwhelming receiving advice.


  • Gets regular check with your mchn and while your talking to them all any questions you might have


  • For your peace of mind make sure you keep in touch with the nurse and get the child weighed regularly to make sure they are gaining weight at the correct rate. Feeding seemed to be the main priority in our situation, getting the baby stronger and bigger!… plus lots of cuddles etc. too!


  • I would say go with the flow, no rigid regiments which stresses everyone out!
