Forum When do you put your Christmas tree up?

I used to wait until the 1st December. Now we usually do it a week or two earlier. We make it a family day/afternoon when everyone is home and put it all up together. When do you put yours up?

  • Usually 1st December or on the weekend before or after.

  • We generally put it up on the second weekend of December. Its my son’s birthday early in the month so we wait until after that to put the tree up

  • We have always been up the 1st December And down 1 January

  • We put ours up on 1st Dec , now we are too lazy to take it down , but we will soon .

  • We try to stick to 1st December, but sometimes we put it up the weekend before.

  • We always put ours up after the Adelaide Christmas pageant

  • We have a special festive day for putting up the tree.

  • December 1 – the start of the festive season.

  • We generall put it up at the end of November

  • We usually put ours up the first weekend after school finishes.
