Hello and WELCOME to the MoM fitness challenge. We are giving YOU a 31 day exercise challenge for FREE, it’s on now but you can join us at anytime!

Our sixth challenge is TRICEP DIPS.

  • Hard to find the motivation today as its raining but I keep thinking about how much better I will feel better at the end of the month.
