  • I was once told to frame problems with “”Will this matter in 5 years?”
It helps put things in perspective

  • I have been using this lately, finding it helps me calm down more and not yell so much at the kids, “It is what it is” works wonders.

  • Good tip, Debbie. This is one I have finally realised and done – with a hubby possibly dying of various cancers, I am now able to say – “This is what it is” and able to help his children through the inevitable. But when you are younger it is much harder. So you have to think ahead and be prepared. This is what it is.

  • Yep I certainly am NOT a “it is what it is” person..and will not rest till I have pushed the limit. Thanks for another great tip Debbie and I will try to let go.

  • argh I am totally a “dont let it go” kinda person – my husband is like chill and calm and moves on with stuff, I hold grudges, stress and stew on things when there is really no need to – it’s my nature i guess. Thanks for another great video and here’s to letting go ( I promise I will try!)
