MoMs Helping Mums Promotion Terms and Conditions
- The Promoter is Zurich Australia Limited ABN 92 000 010 195 AFSL 232510 (Zurich) of 5 Blue Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060
- Information on how to nominate and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- To enter the promotion, members must fill in the entry box and submit a story in 50 words or less about their friend and why they need a helping hand. Members have the option of submitting a photo of their friend (with their permission).All entrants must be registered Mouths of Mums members. Members must nominate themselves or a friend (who also must be a MoM member) who they believe deserves to be assisted by Zurich.
- Nomination entrants may enter as many times as they like, however, only 5 winners will be selected.. For the removal of doubt, only a nominee is eligible to win a prize.
- Entry is open to all Australian residents, who are Mouths of Mums members. Directors, management and employees of the promoter including Mouths of Mums employees, its associated companies and distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- By entering the promotion, members have the option to agree to be contacted by the Promoter’s representative at a time in the future.
- The promotion commences at 9:00am (EST) on 26th of September 2011 and closes on 31st of October at 11:59pm EST). Any entries received after this date will not be considered.
- There will be 5 prizes up to the value of $1,000 each. The total prize value will be up to $5,000.
- Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each nomination will be individually judged based on originality, creative merit and suitability for this promotion. The Promoters’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners will then be contacted by email and prizes dispatched by mail on the 14th of November 2011. The winners will be promoted on the Mouths of Mums website and Mouths of Mums Facebook page.
- The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of nominations and to disqualify any entrant who submits a nomination that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
- Should any prizes remain unclaimed another set of winners will be reselected, which will be held on 10th November 2011 at 5 Blue Street North Sydney to distribute these prizes.
- Details from nominations will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their information as described. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on phone: 13 28 67 during office hours.
