Great product to have in the freezer. Easy to use. I just put them in the steamer above the other vegetables and they always come up well. Good combination to add more colour to the plate. I have read that frozen vegetables still have the same nutrients as fresh.

I love the combination of the peas and corn, as do the kids. The peas and corn come up fresh and crisp, juicy and also quite tasty. Great as a side to a main dish.
