Such a fabulous but underrated product that is so very good to add into many dishes for flavour and nutrition boost. love them in baking, salads, meals and simply for snacking on.

I use these to nibble on but also makey own nutt butter from and add these to it. They roast up nicely and then blended to make a yummy butter with other nuts Luke peanut or almonds or used in granola

We love sunflower seeds ! And it makes such a a healthy guilt free lunchbox filler. Just roast for some minutes in the oven, store in a wee pot and add to the lunchbox !
