A fantastic and superb sugar that is great for certain dishes. The quality is absolutely amazing, it’s one to try out for sure. Lovely flavour.

I use this in my signature dish – when it is sprinkled on whipped cream and yoghurt and left to sit for a couple of hours it makes an almost caramel finish.
