I really do adore Poise pads because they actually do work! They do not lose shape and they are so incredibly absorbent and reliable.

I recently needed to use these pads as unfortunately I had a cough for weeks that wouldn’t go, and my pelvic floor couldn’t keep up. They did the job, held a lot of liquid, but I did find they were rather bulky and I felt like people could tell if I was wearing one. But otherwise a good product.

Poise hourglass pads extra plus are a great product. They fit really well and stay in place and absorb even on the heaviest days. A little price reduction would be great.

Yeah, they are good, but heavy leakage or periods can be a challenge for these suckers! Just give them a go and work out if they are right for you!

Recently I stumble upon the Poise Range as an alternative to pads for periods. I get such heavy periods that not even the heaviest/biggest pads designed for periods will suffice. However these do. At 36.5cms long it catches all.
