I bought these from the pharmacy because they are supposed to help bring up your mood a little and improve general health. Not sure if they work as intendedo

These do the job but they are so smelly that I just can’t do it and don’t keep on them everyday cause I judt think of the smell and the taste

have used these and would buy again, but its hard to tell if they or any other multivitamin are giving what the body needs at that point in time.

This is a good mix of different vitamins but they have some that shouldn’t be taken together as they interfere with absorbing the other so make sure you know what vitamins you need

I take these tablets on a regular basis but have been finding just lately that All Multi Vitamins are getting so dear that I have to miss out sometimes as I just cannot afford them on my budget.
