1st time I’ve had this but I’ve been craving a chicken curry & had this in the cupboard. I chopped up a mix of veggies & blanched them in some boiling water. While they were blanching I cooked some chopped chicken thigh in a wok. I drained the veg, added them into the wok & added the sauce packet as well. I had a tin of coconut milk ready but decided it didn’t need it. I was met with a sweet, very mild, flavourful chicken & veg curry. I served over fresh steamed rice. I will be definitely using this again & not changing a thing. Absolutely perfect ????
