I have used Patak’s simmer sauces frequently, usually a big fan but my last jar of Tikka Massala was disappointedly tasteless. Even the curry level was very low in a curry labelled ‘2 chilli – medium’.

Contacted manufacturers and received normal ‘your view is very important to us’ and that was it after several emails.

Sadly I might look for another make from now on.

I love Patak’s sauces because they have a good consistency and a genuine flavor. I use the tikka masala sauce for cottage cheese known as paneer. Delicious!

Pataks range of sauces are always bursting with flavour and are always well received when I make a meal with them at home. I don’t always have the time or ingredients to make a Tikka Masala from scratch, so Pataks are a great go to option. I actually think the rest of my family prefer when I use this simmer sauce, to my homemade version.

I love all the Pataks sauces, and my kids do too which is a huge deal. I usually add some frozen peas if I want some veggies, and use chicken mince instead of pieces of chicken sometimes.

I always have Pataks sauces in my pantry. I love their range of sauces as they make my Indian recipes taste so good – great flavour and taste every time.
