Not the biggest fan of the ratio of spices in the packet mix. I mean it is convenient, but also I would much rather to make my own with dried spices I have on hand.

We absolutely love cooking on international nights because we love to eat and celebrate with food from a variety of countries. I like my Old el Paso goodies. They all have loads of flavour and are multi use. I buy the kits but also the packets and use them for all sorts of things. This helps make a great schnitzel crumb and does big breast fillets for in wraps.
