This Italian prosciutto is one of my favourites and almost always on our cheese board for when guests come over. It pairs really well with quince paste too.

Italian prosciutto is a delicious addition to our cheeses and nibbles platter.I love the flavour and it is a treat to buy for fame and friends.

Had this the other night at a show. A slice wrapped around a thin bread stick, along with a humous dip – very, very tasty my friend. You should try it.
