These sponge fingers are soft, light and not overpowering or sickly sweet. They are a very tasty dessert or naughty snack. A fan fave in my house!

We use these in out Christmas tiramisu and they always turn out wonderful. Unusually sneak a few for my cupa which is nice too as a treat

Are use this biscuit when making my tiramisu. They soak up the coffee mixture perfectly and allow it to soak right into the center so when I cut my Tiramisu, the coffee is all the way through. I also don’t mind these by themselves although dry, they are quite tasty
