RECALL issued for Woolworths store Singleton NSW, Australian pork, lamb and beef mince have all been recalled.

Food standards AUNZ have announced a recall for Woolworths Limited, Australian pork, lamb and beef mince from Woolworths Singleton in NSW due to a packaging fault resulting in the presence of metal fragments.

Food products containing metal fragments may cause injury if consumed. Consumers should not eat this product. The products can be returned to any Woolworths or Safeway store for a full refund.

  • I’m afraid this would make me wary of buying mince from that store again. I wonder how they found out about it. Makes you wonder if anyone has cooked and eaten the product already

  • I was thinking contamination as in off meat, that would just be nasty. Good to see they’re on top of the recall
