A healthier chocolate dessert.


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tbls maple syrup
  • 2 tbls cocoa powder
  • 4 tbls milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 pinches salt

Method

  1. Remove skin and seed from avocado.
  2. Place all ingredients into a food processor, and process until smooth and creamy looking.
  3. Chill and serve.
