Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 Cups Milk
- 2 tblspn malted milk powder
- 2 Large ripe bananas, peeled, chopped
- 3 wheat cereal biscuits, broken into pieces
- 3 tbslp thick plain yoghurt
- 2 tbslp Honey
Method
- Blend milk, malt powder, banana, cereal biscuits, yoghurt and honey until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
