Great to start the year off with a detox breakfast


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/2 cup Rice Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Apple Juice
  • 1/2 cup grated Apple
  • 1 Table Spoon Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 Tea Spoon Honey
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Berries of your choice

Method

  1. Soak rice flakes in apple juice. Leave in fridge overnight. When ready to serve mix through yogurt, fresh fruit and Lemon juice
  2. For variations use soy yogurt or soy milk, or add cinnamon on top
