Ingredients (makes 36 cookies)

  • 220gm Butter (very soft)
  • 150gm White sugar
  • 320gm Plain flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 teaspoon Brandy

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a spatula. As long as the butter was soft, the ingredients will all combine very well and become creamy.
  2. Divide 1 scoop each on baking sheets and bake for 18 minutes (200C).
