Ingredients (makes 36 cookies)
- 220gm Butter (very soft)
- 150gm White sugar
- 320gm Plain flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 teaspoon Brandy
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a spatula. As long as the butter was soft, the ingredients will all combine very well and become creamy.
- Divide 1 scoop each on baking sheets and bake for 18 minutes (200C).
