Simple 3 ingredient Christmas treat!

Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 2 foil packets Oreos
  • 2 cups marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

Method

  1. Crush Oreo biscuits in a zip-lock bag or food processor to desired consistency. I roughly crushed mine to give a better coal effect.
  2. Add butter & marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30-40 seconds. Mix well. Add Oreos to marshmallow mix and mix until well combined.
  3. Grease a slice tin or cookie tray. Pour mixture into tin or put rough "balls" of mix onto cookie tray. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Notes

These make a really simple and cheap Christmas gift for family, friends, teachers etc
