Lovely homemade pizza for dinner or lunch.


Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 1 Packet Laucke's Pizza Dough Mix ( in the breadmaker)
  • 3 slices Ham
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Pizza sauce

Method

  1. Follow instructions on the pizza dough packet in the breadmaker. When it's ready, knead the dough for about five minutes and place under a glass bowl and leave to rise for ten minutes.
  2. Once risen, roll out to the size pizza base you want.
  3. Spoon pizza sauce over the base of the pizza, and add ham and cheese. Put in a pre heated oven for ten minutes (or until golden brown).

Notes

In the breadmaker it will take ~130 mins to prepare the pizza dough.

  • I’ve made pizza dough in my bread maker and it turns out brilliantly, fail safe way to make dough for sure. This is a bit plain though, I think I’ll be adding some veggies, make a meal of it…..not just a snack
