Healthy snack for the kids. Great for summer and the fruits are hidden if your kids are fussy like mine!

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 can Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 punnet Blueberries or Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Rice Milk (or any milk you wish to use)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients using a blender or magic bullet.
  2. Once all mixed, add to the popsicle sticks and freeze for about 5 hours. The remaining mixture can be eaten like a milkshake.

  • I really need to try these with our 2 year old who is popsicle mad at the moment

  • These look so cool! And what a great idea. My kids love eating icy poles so it’s a really great way to add some fruit into them.

  • I have never seen these shaped containers before. They look much more interesting than the older styles. Does anybody know where these are available. Depending how many you make you wouldn’t need a lot of milk. The banana is pretty moist. You could almost make banana popsicles the same as many make banana icecream without milk.
