A protein rich, healthy dip that is super easy to make and the perfect accompaniment with apple slices. Great for when you or the kids need a quick & healthy snack.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 3/4 Cup Light Greek Style Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Light Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • Cinnamon to taste

Method

  1. Melt the peanut butter slightly.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until all combined.
  3. Pour into a serving dish. Enjoy with Apple slices.

Notes

You can add as little or as much cinnamon as you like. Just be sure to add it slowly and taste so it doesn't overpower the dip. You can use crunchy or smooth peanut butter and can also substitute the light Greek style yogurt and peanut butter for the full fat variety if you wish.

  • this is a must for me to try all these ingredients i like , hopefully there will more of these types of dips on this page thanks

  • Thanks. So much better dip than those based on cream cheese. Also celery and cucumber are really refreshing dippers for this.

  • Apples are a healthy alternative to crackers as some of them have a high salt and fat content. Only issue is you can prepare the apple too long before you are going to eat it as it goes brown and doesn’t look very appetising.

  • It looks so nice. Do you melt the peanut butter in the microwave?
