Looking for a cool treat this summer that’s both delicious and packed full of nutritious goodness? Well here it is – a wonderful dairy free mango sorbet recipe– enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon hot water

Method

  1. Dissolve sugar in hot water.
  2. Remove mango flesh from seed and skin and place in a food processor with sugar and water on high until smooth.
  3. Pour mango mixture into a metal bowl.
  4. Cover with cling wrap and place in the freezer for several hours until firm (but not too hard. If it becomes to hard, leave to sit on the bench for several minutes until it softens).
