Delicious and filling with 5 ingredients.

Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 - 2 Wraps)

  • 50g - 100g Cold shredded Marinated Roast Chicken
  • 1 Wholemeal Wrap Bread
  • 1/2 Small Sliced Tomato
  • 1 - 2 Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 Pinch of Optional Garlic


  1. Pan fry some mushrooms on medium heat (in optional garlic or garlic butter) few a couple of minuted
  2. Once Mushrooms are almost fried add your tomato and continue to fry for a further minute.
  3. Add roast chicken to pan and toss through warming the chicken.
  4. Spread along your wrap bread, roll up and eat!

Notes... Extra Filling Ideas: Lettuce, Grilled Sweet Potato, Baby Spinach and/or Cheese.
