Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 3 Ripe* Zespri SunGold Kiwifruits
  • 330ml Coconut Water
  • 1 Tablespoon LSA
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Meal
  • 1 USANA's Nutrimeal Free protein powder

Method

  1. Peel, chop and blend the Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit
  2. Add LSA, almond meal and protein powder
  3. Add half of the coconut water
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Add additional coconut water to achieve your desired consistency
  6. Drink immediately and feel great!

  • I’ve never thought to use Almond meal in a smoothie like this. This sounds delicious!

  • I love a smoothie but I’m not a huge kiwi fan. I don’t like the bits! However, I imagine I could cut around the core and use the rest of the kiwi for this one.
