As mums, we all want to do the best by our kids – we want to make sure we’re choosing the right products when it comes to feeding them, and at the same time, have them enjoy the food we provide them.
We know kids love white bread, but often feel guilty about feeding it to them. Plus, with the number of choices at the supermarket, it’s hard to know which is the right one to choose.
That’s why we’re so excited that iconic bread makers, Tip Top, launched this year, The One, after 12 months of research, development and baking to create “the best white bread ever”.
Answering all of mum’s problems with a product the whole family will love, Tip Top The One is a soft, tasty, white bread that kids will love, but is packed full of the goodness mums look for in wholemeal and grain breads.
Tip Top The One contains extra fibre to help keep little tummies balanced and ‘in tune’, lower GI* for feeling fuller for longer, and lasting energy throughout the day. The unique combination of benefits which makes The One ‘the best white bread available’ includes:
- High in Fibre – The One contains 7.5g[1] of fibre in it, more than regular wholemeal bread and white bread. Fibre is essential for good digestive health as part of a balanced diet.
- Added Vitamins & Minerals – The One contains the following vitamins; Thiamin, Folate, Vitamin E, Niacin, Vitamin B6 for good health and wellbeing, as well as the following essential minerals; Iron and Zinc. These provide everyday benefits to maintain general health levels.
- Lower GI – The One is a Lower GI[2] bread, compared to regular wholemeal and white breads which have a High GI rating. This means children will stay fuller for longer after eating The One.

Very nice (for supermarket bread)
I must admit out of all the supermarket choices for bread this is one of the best. I am very fussy with my choice of bread as I can’t stand dry or tasteless bread. Tip Top does a good job keeping the bread fresh & soft whilst still being tasty. I still prefer bakery bread but if I am unable to get to the bakery this is my next choice for bread

a nice bread but I'll still get my freshly baked bread when i can
We recently bought this bread when our regular bakery was closed. It was ok and great that its lower gi but I’ll stick with our low gi bakery bread. It just didn’t taste as fresh or as dense as other low gi bread. I love reading through all the other reviews and many share my point of view

Very tasty bread
I brought this bread the other day as it was on special I thought I would try it to my surprise I really liked it. Good taste, really good texture and it actually stays fresher for longer which I love. Its a bit more expensive but it’s worth that extra money spent

It's an ok bread
This bread is fine but honestly at the price ou normally pay for it I don’t normally buy it. I did grab some because it was on special though. We not normally buy a lot of bread and not normally white bread unless its from a bakery. We were plesently surprised at how soft this bread was but it was nothing special. It did freeze well and was great as toast.

seemed ok?!
I bought this bread because it was on special and I thought it was ok! It didnt seem anything extra special and wasnt bad either! It seemed to freeze well and defrost well but I do seem to prefer the bakery range
I will buy it again when on special or for something different

Easy choice
I always buy this when it goes on sale at my local supermarkets. It’s healthy without looking or trying too hard to be healthy. It’s all nice and all to have nutrition, grains, etc, but when you have bits and pieces stuck in your teeth, it’s unpleasant, so that’s why I like Tip Top!

Just ok for me
I ave gotten this brand a few times mainly because most other ones were gone from the shelves, but well we just did not like that much, still prefer the fresh bread from the baker or the one we make in our bread machine.
Also if i keep a slice out for a little while it just gets soo hard that id have to chuck it away

Reasonable Bread for Everyday
I tried this product a few times before eventually reverting back to my everyday bread from the local bakery. Whilst it tasted good and i realise that nutritionally it is beneficial, i found that the bread didn’t stay fresh for as long as i thought it might. I stored it according to the instructions, but just found it didn’t last. Would recommend it to someone who uses bread quickly and with a growing family!

I would recommend this bread for primary school children. My boys love it and spot it on the supermarket shelves every time. Better still it is full of nutrients, keeps fresh and they are able to make their own afternoon tea happily.

Great alternative
My kids love the one bread. They are such fussy eaters and only really like white bread, so the one delivers to give more nutrition than normal white bread. Its soft and light. Its easy to freeze and our local supermarket often has it on sale. So it is a winner.

Kids love it.
Both of my girls refuse to eat anything but white bread so I used to feel bad that they weren’t eating healthier but now we have come across this bread I feel better. It is a lovely soft texture, stays fresh longer than other brands and the kids love the taste.

Nice white bread
I bought this bread because my daughter won’t eat anything but white bread and wanted a trusted brand and a healthier choice. Well its as good as they say,its nice for sandwiches,or toast being perfect thickness and stays fresh. I don’t mind paying that little bit extra as it is worth every penny.

Great Bread
Tip Top bread is one of our old favourites, it is always packed with great nutrients and has a long shelf life too. The slices are a great size and thickness and it has a great flavour to it. It keeps well in lunch boxes and is also great for toasting

Fresher or longer
I am a regular buyer of this bread. I find that it has a fresher feel for a lot longer than other breads on the market and I don’t feel as guilty enjoying it. We don’t eat a lot of bread in the house but when we do we buy this one as it lasts longer..
