This yummy turkey burger will become a family favourite in no time!
Serves 4
Preparation time 5 mins
Cooking time 15 mins
Ingredients
- 4 Steggles Turkey Burgers
- 4 Sourdough bun s
- Iceberg lettuce
- Lebanese cucumber cut into ribbons
- Mayonnaise
- Beetroot relish
Method:
- Cook Steggles turkey burgers as per instructions on pack
- Slice sourdough bun in half and spread with mayonnaise
- Layer with lettuce, cucumber and turkey burger
- Finish off with beetroot relish on top, and enjoy

Turkey is a great alternative to chicken or beef. I have some in the freezer so this might just be on the menu
