Hello!

I posted a story about my mother in law and her struggle with cancer. Well, after a long process going through Chemo treatments and everything that goes with it. Hair loss, sickness, nausea and fatigue. And the rest.. the doctors have said the treatment worked and the big cancer is gone and the little ones have stopped growing. So the whole family is thrilled. We are not ready to loose gran. She is very special to us all. Thank you for all the kind words from other mums thats commented On my last post. :-) Your kind words meant a lot. :-)

  • That’s wonderful news. My MIL and my husbands cousin have both just gone through this in the past 2 years, and I believe that as I write this they both have a clean bill of health. Fingers crossed that the big c doesn’t come back to everyone that has been darkened by it. I also lost my uncle to cancer and I’m always reminded by other survivors and people who have cancer but how strong and determined they are to fight it. Since it has touched my life in more ways than one I try my best to make a donation yearly to a cancer charity so that the help my family has received can be continued on for other families. Thank you for sharing your wonderful news and I wish your gran all the best.

  • It is always wonderful to hear that someone has been given the all clear when faced with Cancer. I lost my mum to cancer when she was in her early 50’s and it is something that has changed my life and left a big empty space that sometimes still feels very overwhelming. I am very happy for you and your family. Keep strong, well and happy.
