My words are slurred &no pronounced properly .It’s a shock when something so easy has made me feel old .I have Peridontitis, gum disease ,so my teeth have no gum s to hold teeth.Waiting for public dentist to get dentures ,but on waiting list .So I won’t get points for reviews but got no teeth ,a d feel sad &old .I’m not 50 yet !

  • Your story made me feel sympathy towards you and I hope you now have your dentures. I know someone that would never smile because she needed a lot of dental work due to health problems. The difference it made to the person’s confidence once the procedure was done was remarkable. Lots of smiles and confidence. :) I hope you read back on this story, so much support for you. :)

  • Hey, this happened to father who at the age of 43 had to get dentures. His dentist saw how damaged his teeth were after working at a construction job for such a long time. It sure got my father feeling all nervous but hey, it’s something that he has to live on. http://www.amerydenture.com/en/

  • Oh hey Deborah, an aunt of mine is also going through the experience as you. She also has been losing several teeth during the week. So far, I’m helping out in taking her to a denture clinic to see if there’s a way to save her teeth or to just get some new dentures. http://www.gaetzavenuedentureclinic.com/en/dentures.html

  • Don’t worry about the video Deborah, I am another one who doesn’t bother with the video section on the reviews. Just enjoy life and remember it is what’s on the inside that counts.
Love one another but please also LoVe yourself. And I am praying your dentistry will come SOON. :-)

  • I know how you feel as I have just had my 2 front teeth removed after they broke and am so embarrassed about it and also am on the public waiting list to have the rest done and dentures as while on the list I had to go private to have the front teeth seen to and was told I have no way of saving them as brushing my teeth is wearing them away and mine is also due to a medical condition.

  • I don’t do video reviews either, so I wouldn’t worry too much. Hopefully you’ll get to see a dentist soon.

  • You poor thing this sounds like its really getting you down.
I really wouldnt worry about the video reviews. I was thinking tho have you been to see your GP and told them how this is really effecting your life you never know they may be able to bump you up the list a bit.

  • I do hope you don’t have to wait too long Deborah, you will certainly feel more confident once you can smile & talk properly. Have you checked through your GP if there is any other means of having your dental needs looked at earlier for your personal health care? Good Luck.
