The royal baby Princess Charlotte has had us in a feel-good mood lately… and here is some more feel-good news!

Our two favourite Wiggles Emma Watkins and Lachy Gillespie (aka: the yellow and purple Wiggles) have announced their engagement today!

Lachy proposed to Emma on the stunning Sydney Harbour to which she delightfully answered “yes!”. They then went out to dinner where both families were eagerly waiting to hear the fantastic news.

All the Wiggles at HQ including Anthony Field (The Blue Wiggle) and Simon Pryce (The Red Wiggle) are thrilled and wish Emma and Lachy all the very best.

The happiest day of my life! I asked Emma Watkins, the girl with the yellow bow, to marry me… And she said YES!

and Emma who was over the moon posted

The most beautiful thing… Lachy Gillespie (Lachy Wiggle) asked me to marry him! YES of course xx
