  • A fresh passionfruit Cheesecake!!

  • I love tiramisu and chocolate pudding and I do like a bit of cheesecake sometimes.

  • My favourite dessert is anything choc mint, however I’m very partial to a cheesecake of any kind. This fits the bill, definitely.

  • My favourite dessert used to be my Nanna’s trifle. I’ve never been able to make it the same so my favourite now is cheesecake. I love creating all different types (my family loves me making them too).

  • I make a nutella brownie cheesecake. It has a nutella brownie base, nutella cheesecake and topped with a nutella ganache. Super decadent and delicious. This sounds totally divine as well.

  • It looks beautiful !

  • Wow these look sooo decadent the ingredients oh so yumm. THanks for sharing.

  • Love these and my husband will too. He really loves my no-bake lime cheese cake.

  • Oh yum! I’ve been wondering how to do this sort of thing since watching Paul Hollywood make something similar in New York in his City Bakes show recently. Looked so good and if this recipe is half as good it will be a winner. Yum!

  • You could do the swirl in the shape of a heart. You could also do that with a wedding anniverary or engagement party cake.
If you don’t like raspberries you could use different berries

  • Love all the ingredients,it sound’s wonderful!

  • The final swirl is so lovely. This could be a great recipe for Valentine’s Day!

  • oh yum yes please!

  • Oh yum! Chocolate, raspberries and cheesecake……I died and went to heaven

  • The combination of raspberries and chocolate fudge brownie mix sounds heavenly to start with and then the photo of the end product is sensational. These brownies would look just divine presented on a plate at a morning tea. Surely the stars of the morning tea.

    • Taking this recipe on for Valentine’s Day. :)
