  • For a quick desert my family loves dump cake made with a packet cake mix and fruit served with custard. My oldest makes the best Black Forrest Cake to die for. Not made often but when he has time and a bribe he will make it.

  • My favourite dessert is anything choc mint, however I’m very partial to a cheesecake of any kind. This fits the bill, definitely.

  • My favourite dessert used to be my Nanna’s trifle. I’ve never been able to make it the same so my favourite now is cheesecake. I love creating all different types (my family loves me making them too).

  • I make a nutella brownie cheesecake. It has a nutella brownie base, nutella cheesecake and topped with a nutella ganache. Super decadent and delicious. This sounds totally divine as well.

  • Oh yum! I’ve been wondering how to do this sort of thing since watching Paul Hollywood make something similar in New York in his City Bakes show recently. Looked so good and if this recipe is half as good it will be a winner. Yum!

  • You could do the swirl in the shape of a heart. You could also do that with a wedding anniverary or engagement party cake.
If you don’t like raspberries you could use different berries
